1. Services
Shopterio provides Shopify development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and related digital services. All projects are scoped and priced upfront with a fixed fee agreed before work begins. Scope changes after agreement may result in additional fees.
2. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment terms are specified in your project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before work begins. All prices listed on our website are in USD.
3. Project Delivery
We commit to the timelines specified in your project proposal. Delivery timelines depend on timely feedback and asset delivery from the client. Delays caused by late client responses may extend the delivery timeline.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed at our standard rate.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code and design work created for your project is transferred to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Refunds
If we have not begun work on your project, you may request a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are prorated based on the work completed. We will provide all work completed to date.
7. Limitation of Liability
Shopterio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
8. Client Portal
Access to our client portal is provided for project management purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Files uploaded to the portal are stored securely and accessible only to you and the Shopterio team assigned to your project.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
